Certain AI-powered features are offered through partnerships with third-party platforms such as OpenAI or Google, and rely on secure data processing to generate outputs.

2.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paste Perfect is a paid service offered through monthly or annual subscription plans. There is no free tier or trial period available. Users who opt for a paid subscription gain access to enhanced features, including:

• AI Features: AI-driven functionalities (e.g., text formatting, address completion) that may require sending data to third-party AI providers.

Each subscription to Paste Perfect is valid for a single user only. You may not share your subscription or provide access to the Services to other individuals or entities.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you input into, store in, or process through the Services is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Paste Perfect shall not be liable for errors, omissions, or damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the User.

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us at support@pasteperfect.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use Paste Perfect in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for any content you choose to process, copy, or paste using the Services.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal activities or in a manner that violates any third party's rights.
• Modify, redistribute, or create derivative works based on any portion of the Services or related software.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension or any part of the Services.
• Use the Services to develop a competing product or service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or third-party data contained therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use or breach of security, you must promptly notify us at support@pasteperfect.ai.

5. License Grant and Restrictions

5.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, Paste Perfect LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for the sole purpose of enhancing your copying, pasting, and formatting needs.

5.2 Subscription Model

• Monthly or Annual Subscriptions: You may purchase a monthly or annual subscription to access the paid features of the Services, including advanced AI-based functionality and formatting tools.
• Single-User License: Each subscription is limited to a single user. You may not share your subscription or account credentials with others.

5.3 Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including any associated software, trademarks, and content, remain with Paste Perfect LLC or our licensors. Your rights to use the Services are limited to those expressly granted in these Terms.

5.4 Termination of License

We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately if you violate any provision of these Terms or if you fail to timely pay for your subscription. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Services.

5.5 No Implied Rights

Except for the limited license expressly granted herein, no other rights or licenses are granted by implication or otherwise. Any use not expressly permitted under these Terms is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Any breach of these prohibitions and restrictions will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services, without notice and without any liability to Paste Perfect LLC. We also reserve the right to pursue any other legal remedies available under applicable law.

7. Payment, Subscriptions, and Refunds

7.1 Subscription Plans

Paste Perfect LLC offers both monthly and annual subscription plans for its Services. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable subscription fees in accordance with the terms you select during checkout.

7.2 Billing and Payment

• Billing Cycle: Your subscription fee will be charged in advance on a recurring basis—monthly or annually—based on the billing cycle you choose.
• Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method (e.g., credit card or other accepted form of payment) to initiate the subscription. You authorize Paste Perfect LLC to charge your payment method automatically on each recurring billing date.
• Late Payments: If any payment is not processed on time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services until your account is brought current.

7.3 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to new subscribers who are not satisfied with the Services. To request a refund within this 30-day period, you must contact us at support@pasteperfect.ai. Refunds will be processed at our sole discretion and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your payment statement.

7.4 Cancellation and Renewal

However, unless required by law, no proration or refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription beyond the 30-day money-back period.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we do, we will notify you by email in advance of any changes. Your continued use of the Services after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the updated subscription fee.

8.2 Cancellation and Downgrade

8.3 Effective Date of Changes

Any changes to a subscription (including cancellations or downgrades) will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified. You will continue to have access to the Services under your existing subscription until the billing cycle concludes.

8.4 No Penalties

There are no penalties or additional fees for canceling or downgrading a subscription. However, you are responsible for all subscription fees incurred up to the effective date of cancellation or downgrade.

8.5 Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

Paste Perfect provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. To request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact support@pasteperfect.ai. Refunds will not be issued beyond the 30-day window, unless required by law.

We do not store user-submitted content on our servers after processing is complete, unless required for immediate transactional logs or debugging, in which case it is stored temporarily and then deleted.

Third-Party Sharing

• AI and Cloud Providers: Certain user data is shared with OpenAI or Google for the sole purpose of generating AI-driven responses (e.g., text formatting, address completion).
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose user information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Paste Perfect LLC, our users, or the public.

User Control and Consent

However, note that certain functionalities (like AI features) may no longer function if you opt out.

We then forward this data to third-party AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI or Google) strictly for the purpose of generating the requested output. Once the output is delivered, Paste Perfect does not store your data on our servers unless required for short-term processing or debugging, in which case it is kept temporarily and then deleted.

12. Data Usage and Deletion

You, as the user, choose where and how to paste data generated through the Services (e.g., website forms, documents, etc.). Paste Perfect provides automated copying, pasting, and formatting features but does not control or monitor the content you choose to process.

12.2 Temporary Processing

All data transmitted to our servers for AI or formatting purposes is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers beyond the time necessary to complete your request, unless required for immediate troubleshooting or debugging. In such cases, the data is retained only as long as needed to resolve the issue, after which it is deleted.

12.3 Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of any personal data or account information by contacting us at support@pasteperfect.ai. Upon receiving your request, we will take reasonable steps to delete your data in compliance with applicable laws and our data retention policies.

12.4 Limitations on Deletion

In no event shall Paste Perfect LLC's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to the use of or inability to use the Services exceed the amount actually paid by you to Paste Perfect LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Paste Perfect LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will always be available or that any specific uptime or performance level will be met. Scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance may occur, and service interruptions may happen due to factors beyond our control.

Paste Perfect relies on certain third-party platforms or services (including, but not limited to, OpenAI and Google) for AI processing and other functionalities ("Third-Party Services"). By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be transmitted to these Third-Party Services solely for the purpose of providing the features requested by you.

We do not endorse, monitor, or have control over the content or policies of any Third-Party Services. Your use of such services is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their respective terms and policies.

15.3 Disclaimer of Liability

Paste Perfect is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, Third-Party Services. This includes, but is not limited to, service interruptions, data breaches, or errors attributable to those third parties.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Venue

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

16.3 Waiver of Other Jurisdictions

You expressly waive any objection to venue, including the claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum. Any judgment rendered by a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming may be enforced in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Paste Perfect LLC is not liable to you or any third party for termination of your account or suspension of your access.
